December weddings and North Carolina weather can be hit or miss. Sometimes the weather is mild and sometimes we get frigid cold or rained out. On this particular day in December, it had rained for days leading up to the wedding day. But God had different plans Christine and Spencer and we were blessed with parting clouds and late afternoon sunshine on this special day. The couple were able to have their ceremony outdoors at The Barn at Sandcastle Farm in Dallas, NC. The couple had a wonderful reception inside of the barn – just as the sun went down.
Christine spared no detail – from the guest blankets to the monogrammed handkerchiefs. The reception was full of festive touches such as wreaths, winterberries and a hot chocolate bar. The reception was a party, equipped with a jammin’ DJ and glow sticks!
