We were so blessed to be able to spend time with Claudia and Zack at their Belmont Abbey NC Elopement. These two met in high school and fell in love in an art class (I’m sure her big smile sealed the deal!) They were both so comfortable in front of the camera and completely willing to be themselves and show their love for one another. Because of their openness and willingness to put their love on display, the images came out better than we could have imagined!
The bride wore a lace, low back body suit with a beautiful skirt made by the infamous Meagan of Meagan Kelly Designs. The beautiful bouquet was provided by one of my favorite vendors, April of April’s Floral Expressions. Were were given full range to explore the campus, with its heavenly chapel and buildings that exuded class and architectural perfection. We shot well into the evening on this warm summer day, making sure to capture the sunset glow.
Many couples believe that in order to have a “complete” wedding, they have to invite everyone they know and spend thousands. While that is one way to tell the story of your union, it is certainly not the only way. If you are considering a small elopement but afraid that the images will not be robust enough to have a beautiful album, think again. It doesn’t matter if you are having a wedding with 200 guests or a ceremony with just the two of you; your day deserves to be told beautifully and honestly. If you are considering a NC Elopement, reach out HERE and let’s plan some magic!
